Microflowmeter for low viscosity materials LFM KEM

The microflow meter is suitable for liquids with the lowest viscosity in all types of dosing and filling applications. Its measuring element is based on the principle of a double ring piston. Thanks to the low pendulum mass and minimal friction losses, the LFM responds to the lowest volume flows. Only high-quality stainless steel, which can withstand even corrosive fluids, is used in the production of the microflowmeter. The highly accurate measuring element and the very strict production tolerances of the individual components minimize leaks and thus guarantee good linearity and repeatability of the LFM.

Features of the LFM microflowmeter:

• Measuring range 0.005 ... 0.25 l / min
• Viscosity 0.6 ... 6 mm2 / s
• Linearity ± 2.5% of measured reading
• Materials: Body AISI 316L, Pendulum DIN 1.4122 Ring piston: DIN 1.4122 Seals: PTFE, FKM and FFKM
• Maximum pressure 100 bar
• Fluid temperature -20 ° C ... + 120 ° C

Signal converters suitable for LFM flowmeter:

• Pulse at output (VTE 02)
• Pulse at output (VTE 04)
• 4-20mA and pulse output that can be linearized (10-point linearization) (WT.02-WI.02)
• Explosive atmosphere signal converter (VTE Ex)

• the local display in an analogous well as the frequency output (VTC / VIC)
• wall-mounted display analog and frequency output (VTG / VIG)
